A small, fine and unconventional shop in the middle of the old town. At the top you are sitting very comfortably, but downstairs it is more entertaining. The food is of very good quality, probably no convenience food. The genuine Thuringian bratwurst is already legendary. With the home-made K salad absolutely recommended. The quiches from own production are, as far as I've tasted, also very good and tasty. Incidentally, the hammers are the burgers with duck confit. Very, very delicious! Unfortunately, there's only around the Christmas time, with a little luck a little longer. The young man (junior chef?) In the service is nice, polite and fast. The really only reason to complain: as Pils only the regional, and therefore ubiquitous "Wolters" is offered, as in every fry. The delicious food really did not deserve that! Fortunately, there are still cellar and country beer, and of course a decent range of red or white wines. Forgot to forget: do not ask if there's a mustard to buy 😉

The selection of dishes is chosen so that there is something for everyone, and also high quality and tasty. The tea advice is also great. The rooms stand for feeling good and slowing down.
